Conceptual Design

The purpose of the conceptual design phase is for us to focus in on pivotal high level technical specifications. It answers the question, what are we building?

Detailed Design

This is where we incorporate conceptual design and plan out every cable, conduit and mounting detail. Aligning Scope, Schedule and Budget.

Installation

We take the detailed design and install everything on the detailed design drawings and coordinate with other construction trades to deliver the design that we made.

Commissioning

We confirm that the system is working as intended. We literally test every single cable. We also provide valuable training to the client on how to use the system.

How We Work

Every project is completely different in the approach that's required to get to that successful outcome. We always tailor the team and the approach to that specific client to get the necessary happy client. The truth is, it's not that hard. It's a matter of setting clear expectations and clear / concise communication. We start with a facility consulting contract. This is to ensure that all the correct infrastructure is being put in place. Once the correct infrastructure is in place, then we focus on the design engineering. At completion of the design engineering we will release a construction release. The finalized design will help the client reach their scope, schedule and budget.
